Shipping & Returns Policy

Commerce Node LLC ("Commerce Node," "we," "us," or "our") sells its products to customers in the United States through Amazon.com. This page explains how shipping and returns work for our products.
1. Orders placed on Amazon
We do not accept orders or payments directly on this website. Orders placed on Amazon.com are subject to Amazon's shipping and return policies. Because our orders are Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA), Amazon stores, packs and ships our products and handles delivery.
2. Shipping
- We currently ship to addresses in the United States only, as supported by Amazon.
- Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery dates are shown on Amazon.com at checkout.
- Order tracking is available in your Amazon account under "Your Orders."
- If your package is late, missing or arrives damaged, please contact Amazon customer service through your order page. You are also welcome to let us know at support@commercenodellc.com.
3. Returns and refunds
- Returns are handled through Amazon's return process and are subject to Amazon's return policy, including its return windows and eligibility conditions.
- To start a return, go to "Your Orders" in your Amazon account, select the item and follow the instructions.
- Refunds are issued by Amazon to your original payment method according to Amazon's refund policy.
4. Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, please request a return or replacement through Amazon. We also want to hear about it so we can improve: email support@commercenodellc.com with your Amazon order number and a short description (photos help).
5. Product care
Please follow the care label on each textile product. Washing or drying products contrary to care instructions may affect their appearance and lifespan.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last revised. If this page and Amazon's policies differ for an Amazon order, Amazon's policies apply.
